  • Seasonal Items: All seasonal items, including but not limited to homecoming mums, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items cannot be refunded.
  • Homecoming Sales: All homecoming-related purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.
  • General Returns: For non-seasonal items, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Please contact us at vintagesparkleboutique@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
